Why we exist
Vendor recruitment wasn't built to scale
India's staffing market is worth over $5.5 billion and growing at 15% a year. Roughly 60,000 recruitment agencies and 200,000 freelance recruiters serve it — most working through scattered email threads, WhatsApp groups, and Excel trackers. On the company side, HR teams juggle 10-20 vendors per role with no shared pipeline, no standard process for ownership, and no reliable reputation system. On the recruiter side, freelancers start every client relationship from scratch, submit candidates into a black hole, and routinely wait 60-90 days for payment — if it comes at all.
