Yes — signing up and posting jobs is completely free for companies, and joining the marketplace is free for recruiters. There are no subscriptions or monthly fees. The platform charges a success fee only when a candidate is successfully placed and joins.

Hiringseed is available across India. We have strong recruiter networks in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and other major metros. Since the platform is fully online, recruiters and companies from any city can participate.

After creating a company account, click “Post a Job” from your dashboard. Fill in the role details — title, description, location, salary range, and the referral fee you’re offering. Set the guarantee period and publish. Verified recruiters can see and start working on your role immediately.

Every recruiter on Hiringseed goes through a KYC verification process that includes Aadhaar or PAN-based identity verification, professional background checks, and domain specialisation validation. Only verified recruiters can submit candidates, so companies always work with authenticated partners.

Hiringseed uses timestamped candidate ownership. The first recruiter to submit a candidate for a specific role gets credited for that submission. The platform records the exact date and time, eliminating duplicate-submission disputes.

Yes. While all verified recruiters can browse public job postings, you can also send private invitations to specific recruiters you’ve worked with before or whose profiles match your hiring needs. Invited recruiters receive a notification and can accept the assignment directly.

Your company dashboard provides a real-time pipeline view for every active role. You can see each submitted candidate, their current stage (screening, interview, offer, joined), which recruiter submitted them, and all status changes with timestamps.

If a candidate exits before the guarantee period ends, the escrowed referral fee is returned to the company in full. No charges apply. The guarantee period is agreed upon when posting the job — typically 90 days, though you can set a custom duration.

Visit the “For Recruiters” page and create an account with your email or phone number. You’ll be asked to complete KYC verification by submitting your identity documents and professional details. Once verified, you can browse open roles and start submitting candidates.

You’ll need a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar card or PAN card), a recent photograph, and your GST number if applicable. The verification process is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Having a PAN card on file also ensures TDS is deducted at the lower 5% rate instead of 20%.

When a candidate you submitted receives and accepts an offer, the company deposits the referral fee into escrow. After the candidate completes the guarantee period, the fee is released directly to your registered bank account, minus applicable TDS. Auto-generated invoices are provided for every payout.

Absolutely. There is no limit to the number of open roles you can work on at the same time. Your recruiter dashboard lets you manage submissions across all active roles, track candidate statuses, and prioritise based on fee amounts or deadlines.

Referral fees vary by role and are set by the hiring company. They are displayed upfront on every job posting so you know exactly what you’ll earn before you start sourcing. Fees for mid-level roles typically range from 8.33% to 12% of the annual CTC, though this varies by industry and seniority.

When a candidate accepts an offer, the hiring company deposits the agreed referral fee into a licensed escrow account powered by Razorpay Route. The funds are held securely and are not accessible to either party until the guarantee period ends and the company approves the payout.

The referral fee is released after the candidate completes the guarantee period (typically 90 days from joining). Once the period ends, the company confirms the candidate is still employed, and the funds are transferred to the recruiter’s bank account within 3–5 business days.

Hiringseed provides a built-in dispute resolution process. Either party can raise a dispute through the platform. Our team reviews the submission timestamps, communication records, and placement evidence to reach a fair resolution. Escrowed funds remain locked until the dispute is resolved.

There are no signup fees, subscription fees, or monthly charges. Hiringseed charges a platform success fee only on completed placements. Standard payment gateway processing fees (charged by Razorpay) also apply. All fees are transparently shown before any transaction.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use role-based access control so users only see information relevant to their role. Our infrastructure runs on secure cloud providers with regular security audits, and we follow industry-standard practices for data protection.

Yes. Hiringseed is fully compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect only the personal data necessary for platform operations, obtain explicit consent before processing, provide clear privacy notices, and support all data principal rights including access, correction, and erasure.

Yes. Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to request erasure of your personal data. You can submit a deletion request through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. We process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Candidate data is shared only with the hiring company for the specific role they were submitted to. Recruiters cannot see other recruiters’ submissions, and companies cannot share candidate profiles outside the platform. All candidate data handling follows DPDP Act 2023 requirements, including purpose limitation and data minimisation.
