Build for a real, underserved market
This isn't another SaaS tool for a saturated market. India's staffing industry is massive, fragmented, and still running on trust and phone calls. The problems are tangible and the feedback loop is immediate.
Remote-friendly, Gurugram hub
Most of the team is in Gurugram, and we meet in person regularly. Remote works if you're self-directed and communicative — we care about output and clarity, not hours logged.

Onboard agencies, train freelancers, and build the playbooks that make the supply side of the marketplace work. Deep knowledge of India's staffing landscape is a plus.
